Digital delivery only

All services offered by SEO Tips Online are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped. Delivery occurs via email, shared documents (Google Docs or PDF), and access to shared dashboards.

Start timeline

Work begins within 5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an onboarding email within 2 business days confirming start date, what information we need from you, and the expected timeline for initial deliverables.

Deliverable timelines by service

• Technical SEO Audit: Delivered within 7 to 10 business days of receiving website access.
• On-Page Optimisation: First batch of pages delivered within 10 business days. Monthly batches delivered by the 15th of each month.
• Link Building: First link report delivered at end of month 1. Links appear in the referring domain within the publisher's editorial timeline, typically 2 to 6 weeks per placement.
• Local SEO: Initial setup completed within 10 business days. Ongoing citation work reported monthly.
• SEO Content Strategy: Strategy document delivered within 14 business days of kickoff call.
• SEO Reporting: Monthly reports delivered by the 5th of the following month.

Monthly retainer delivery

For all monthly retainer plans, a work summary is sent by email at the end of each month, along with the rank tracking report and traffic overview. A strategy review call is included in Growth and Authority plans.

Communication

All communication is by email in English or French, per your preference selected at signup. We respond to client messages within 1 business day.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages (Google, Stripe), publisher delays in link placements, or other force majeure events. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.
