Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice before the next billing date. The current month's retainer fee is non-refundable once the billing date has passed and work for that month has commenced. If you cancel before work commences in a given month, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
One-time services (audits, content sprints, link packages, analytics setup) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if we have not yet commenced work. Once work has started, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of work not yet completed, at our discretion.
Pre-purchased consulting hours that have not been used within 90 days of purchase are refundable. Once a consulting session has taken place, it is non-refundable.
Email hello@seotipsonline.com with your order reference, the service name, and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds are not available where: you have provided false or misleading information; the service has been fully delivered; or the claim is made more than 30 days after the purchase date for one-time services.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under French consumer protection law or applicable EU regulations.
