By purchasing any service from SEO Tips Online (seotipsonline.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase. These terms apply to all service packages, add-ons, and consulting hours purchased through this website.
SEO Tips Online provides digital SEO services including technical audits, on-page optimisation, link building, local SEO, content strategy, and reporting. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped. Service delivery timelines are specified in the Delivery Policy.
All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Monthly retainer fees are billed at the start of each month. One-time services are billed in full at time of purchase.
You agree to: provide accurate contact information; provide access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics as required for the service; respond to information requests within 5 business days; not hold SEO Tips Online responsible for ranking changes caused by Google algorithm updates outside our control.
Our services may not be used for websites that violate applicable law, promote illegal activity, contain harmful or deceptive content, or violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines through requests for manipulative tactics we have declined to implement.
Work product delivered to you (reports, content, strategy documents) becomes your property upon full payment. Our internal methodologies, tools, and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property.
SEO Tips Online does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our direct control, including Google's algorithm decisions. We commit to correct, diligent, best-practice work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@seotipsonline.com. One-time services may not be cancelled once work has commenced. See the Refund Policy for applicable refund conditions.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of La Rochelle, France, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
